IMPORTANT CLUB READ

As you all would have heard by now GST is going up from 12.5% to 15% SO in response to this Club Subs are going down, yes that’s right CLUB SUBS ARE GOING DOWN.from $22.50 back to $20.00 annually How you ask??? Read on...

To make this happen and not lose anything for both the Supporters Club and you the supporters the Overland newsletter is becoming obsolete for all members other than those who “DO NOT” have the internet.

The Newsletter is costing the Club $65.00 per month for the current members who receive it, $30.00 to $35.00per month for postage and $35.00 to get it printed, so we put it on the website/newsletter page a while back that eventually it would be fazed out and replaced by an online version therefore as a result of the GST increase this is the best time to implement it.

The Newsletter will change from monthly to a weekly page format depending on the news in and around our team plus hopefully 1 or 2 other additions as pointed by some members the newsletter is “old News” since any one accessing the internet can view most of the articles at their leisure.

the overland newsletter will stay with the current format with the added bonus of an extra page which will be minimal in cost to the club.

Please remember that the Supporters Club is run for Passionate Liverpool Supporters who want to Join like minded fans in supporting their lads from afar by being part of their countries Supporters club so we sincerely hope that the changes will not dissuade any member from re-affiliating as the more members the club has the more your club can do for you.

The option of still receiving the overland is open to members who enjoy the Status Quo but the cost for this will have to increase for those individuals and this is something that the club is trying to avoid as we are not here to charge over the moon but to run the supporters club in an economical way.

Please send in your thoughts on this keeping in mind we need things in perspective for moving forward especially as our 10th anniversary is approacing.

COMMENCING FROM SUNDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER THE NEWSLETTER WILL BECOME WEEKLY {1 OR 2 PAGES} FOR ALL MEBERS OTHER THAN THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE A PC, THE STATUS QUO WILL CONTINUE BUT WITH ANOTHER PAGE.
